Perigord /The Dordogne:

Black Perigord :

Located at equal distance of the Pole and equator, the Black Perigord is all impregnated of this balance. It's a variety of oaks with persistent foliage which is with the origin of its name, and which ensures the wood 49,5% which cover its surface a dark colour all the year.

Sarlat:
